Why you love working in Travel?
I love seeing the joy and excitement on customers faces when I find them the perfect holiday. It’s lovely seeing photos and hearing all about it when they come home.
Where is your specialist area and why?
Cruise has to be my specialist area as I have been fortunate enough to sail on a lot of the various cruise lines. I love the opportunity to visit so many destinations whilst only unpacking once.
Favourite 5 Holiday Destinations?
Japan, Barbados, Rhodes, Porto and Jamaica.
One tip you would give your customers?
Always pack an extension lead as there are never enough plug sockets in rooms or cabins!
Any specialisms?
I can quickly build a rapport with customers to make them feel comfortable whilst choosing their holiday.

Approximately 23 countries.
